Receptionist should not have a job here. Completely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. They office itself does not care for the well-being of there paitents. I completely agree with Amanda's review, this place is useless, stay away from them!!! That's true, for a facility where patients come to in the hopes of getting psychiatric/psychological help the staff is too negligent and just plain careless! They add even more anxiety and stress than you already have! My appointment was rescheduled 2 times in a 2-month timeframe, this is so unprofessional, I've never seen a medical office so disorganized in my life! Made an appt 3 weeks ago for some problems I was having. They cancel my appt less than 24 hours before and then can't give me an appointment for another few weeks. For a behavioral health group, you sure do cause stress and anxiety.
