Super friendly Super friendly,compassionate staff & dr.s. exceptionally clean interior/exterior. The vets take their time to answer all questions, they provide estimates & honest opinions based upon your budget if you mention things are tight. They care & they aren't just another 'cheap' cattle call. You get what you pay for! Sure, they might be a few $ more than the roach infested place down the road....but my pets deserve the better care, don't yours?
The very Best Vet Dr. Madera has been our vet since 1991 and has treated all of our dogs over the years (6 dogs). He is an EXCELLENT vet and cares about each and every animal he treats. Our dogs have all lived healthy and happy lives thanks to him and his staff... ALL DESERVE THANKS. As I write this, my toy poodle is in surgery in Dr. Madera's hands, having her tiny broken jaw mended. She couldn't be in better hands!
Healthy :) I have been taking my cat to this vet for over 10 years. This place is more than 5 star ,The Doctor Is very professional the staff is amazing I'm very happy they help me to keep my cat living a longer life after he was rescue from the street.
Look elseswhere Never listened to her heart or lungs, not not do a temperature and never introduced himself to me when he came into the room. The people of St. Cloud must not love their animals very much to give this Bozo such a high rating. Poor service and $115.00 poorer.
Great vets and support team! My husband and I have been bringing our dogs there for the past 13 years. We have had dalmations in the past that have grown and passed, but they treated them like their own. Our male dal had stones and they did an experimental surgery that was amazing and great for our Chip! We now have two new puppies and would not bring them to any other vet. They care and realize the concerns and completely understand and respect the people and their pets!
Great Vet Office My dog, Penny is an epileptic Yellow Lab mix. I've had to bring her into St. Francis a couple times with seizure. The doctors and all other people helped out tremendously with keeping us calm and getting Penny's seizures to subside. Now, every time I either call in or bring Penny in for shots, the staff always asks how Penny is doing. They don't even seem to have to look up her information. Jennifer & Tom D Everyone at this office is amazing. I have boarded my two Pom's several times with St. Francis, and they are very kind to my babies. Last min trips, no problem, they always take them in. Staff is very kind and the customer service they provide is outstanding. Thanks St. Francis for being in my back door! You are a blessing! :)
Great people work there! We've been going with our cats to St. Francis for almost a year and even when we have lost 2 of them for fatal conditions it has nothing to do with the outstanding service they offer there. Very caring and compassionate staff!
St. Francis is the BEST! I have been going to St. Francis for 10 years. I have 3 Bichons who LOVE going to vet, because they are treated so lovingly there. Both Drs. Mulero and Madera are the best ever, not only are they great at explaining but they also take into consideration what the owners are going through.
