After a sugeon cut and drained an infected absess, he regestered me woth SE for "dressing/packing". I received a call almost immediately as care is every 24 hrs. First change on Jan 02. (2:00pm) The packing was not left outside the cavity. Jan 03 (11:20 am) Realize yesterdays mistake and make a half hearted attempt to proceed, (approx 35 seconds) before saying "we can't do it. Go to emerge". I write this now as I still sit at the hospital for 6 hrs and not seen yet. I am afraid to come back, but have no choice.

The staff here is nothing short of amazing, they made me feel comfortable and safe. Every nurse I encountered was kind & patient. Thank you ♥️
Today will be the last day of antibiotic treatment by IV, and I cannot say enough good things about this professional staff and I cannot thank them enough.
