Nurses Sara R and Tracy G took phenomenal care of me during a frightening time of my life. Dr McLane was compassionate and advocated for me to get the best care possible. I am so grateful for their wonderful care during a tumultuous time.
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the care I received in the Emergency Room. I presented with a blinding migraine, vomiting, tunnel vision dizziness, and localized tenderness in my head, jaw, and neck. While a Head CT was ordered, the bedside manner and diagnostic follow-through were unacceptable. Emergency staff install cateter and attach walking bag to my leg (directly, no tubings in between). They didn't have me night bag, that should have long tubing and clipped to the bed below. Cal them, and they insistedly defend themselves with ridiculous suggestions, mainy insisting that liquid can flow uphill.
