Very professional, efficient and friendly operation.
I was attending cardiac rehab when Danielle (RN) checked my blood pressure and discovered it was too low. She immediately showed great concern and had me sit while she walked to retrieve a glass of water for me. After the pressure did not come up to where she wanted it to she called my doctor to express her concern. After their consultation she had me taken to the ER for further tests. Been in er since 910 am today. Very little has been done for a man with history of heart problem and high BP. They look at you with a blank stare and nothing gets done by nurses or Drs the er Dr said my husband has a pacemaker and we know for a fact he does not. He had a stent put in but this dr insisted he had a pacemaker. We are supposed to have a consultation with our requested cardiologist and he has not shown up either and it's now 442. No food offered to my husband or a drink of water. What kind of people work here and... read more
I had to give this hospital a great review from the Critical Care team with their amazing knowledgeable nurses and residents and the best caring Drs around. The psych Doctors and team are the are helpful understanding and knowledgeable. They really helped my daughter Tori and my entire family. Great experience
Visiting hours should not apply to spouses who are secondary caregivers. Also, patients are here for care, a lot of them are in extreme pain. As we all know, when someone is in extreme pain they tend to not be very nice because they are suffering. ER nursing staff needs to be more empathetic about that fact and be a lot more tolerant of difficult behavior.
