Jack is an awesome owner! very caring and he keeps up the property! I've lived here for 10ish years. wouldn't even think about moving.
Update: I have moved in and absolutely love my apartment. All of the people I have met so far in my building have been extremely nice and welcoming. It is an affordable and comfortable place to live and me and my dog Lenny are super Happy! It is very walkable to not only coffee shops and stores but also the beach. I'm super happy here! I feel very welcomed and safe. Jack, the owner, is so kind! He's renovated a few apartments so far, and I feel very lucky to get one. My apartment turned out amazing, and I feel so at home. Thank you!!!
Have had a great experience so far with the owner Jack. They are completely re-doing each apartment in this complex and he has been very responsive. I am looking to move in May 2024 and he has gone above and beyond to make sure I will be able to move in by then. I took a tour of the updated units and they are done very well.
