You let an employee hold my baby in the nursery before I could hold her, she held her for two hours while asked where my baby was. I was so young. Her name is Melanie New. They let her in the nursery. September 11th 2004. Btw the way., the epidural I received was not necessary at the stage of labor I was in. Soooo thank you for taking advantage of a 21 year old and letting an employee do whatever she wanted, and allowing that someone in the nursery without clearance or permission from the mother. Shame on you.
ER is terrible place to go to for help at st. Bernards. Waiting room experience from 2 pm and finally seen around 2 am over 12: hour wait. This is not an ER experience anyone needs when you are sick and need to see a doctor. I keep hearing lots of negative comments same as this so voice your experience good and bad.
I was sick as hell they took care of me very well.they where so busy that day. January 18 2022 I just want to say thank you to the E.R Nurse they Rock and the doctor are awesome thank you all for being the best you can be.
