Rachael Honnen provided the very best service throughout my time here tonight, after a long traumatic event, it is always amazing to have a great encouraging staff to help you through it, but two stood out more than any, Sheila provided a warm welcome, while Rachael was just awesome in every way, would definitely suggest this hospital over Alton memorial

Only reason for the one stair is because they are lairs and called dcfs and said that my kids was dirty and had inadequate clothes. Funny thing is though my kids was throwing up and i just changed they clothes and the fact my kids was dressed with shoes and the proper clothing they got sick in the ambulance on the way to the hospital. My daughter temp was a 103.6 and this ppl told me not to worry about it she was fine. Also they called dcfs on me for call this that i mentioned...
