If I could give negative stars I hastily would. Please please please do yourself a favor and ask your insurance to set you up with any other pain clinic except for this one. This place is hands-down, the worst medical facility I have ever stepped foot in. For one they massively overbook, which some places can pull off if they’re super organized but this place is not one of them. First of all, let me start by saying that the only reason they're getting 2 stars is because the receptionist was cool and the nurses were very kind and helpful. I went in for a surgical injection, and was having a panic attack. I could hear the doctor treating the patient next to me say that they're going to get and IV and something to help them relax. For me, visiting this place for treatment was a total waste of time and money. I traveled 45 minutes each way and they were well aware of why I was coming and my condition. When Dr Novac walked in he said he didn't know why he was there because he doesn't treat my condition. He met with me for about 3 minutes and walked out offering me a can of Biofreeze. Total waste of my time. All they seemed to be looking for was the Medicare money. This place is one big JOKE!
I found the place clean. It didn't take a long time to get in to my appointment. But I found the doctor was very disrespectful I don't want to put an injection in my spine ? You shouldn't be disrespected and acted like well, You don't want to help yourself. I find that disrespectful and I find that Doctor's need to respect everyone's pain. Not about addiction. It's about living with pain what makes each person comfortable with their pain?.
They gave me an appointment, I waited more then an hour when the dr. Came in he told me they dont have Dr's. And he didn't know why they gave me an apt.. when I called to make apt. I asked if they were taking patients again they said yes .... pretty disgusted with them
