J Searle was amazing to see after walking into urgent care. My skin was inflamed in a few areas, he took the time to really listen, look, and explain everything throughly.
I was not impressed. They were more interested in closing on time than in helping me with my issue. I went in because of an infection from a cut on my leg due to a foreign object lodged in the wound. They didn’t want to take it out. They just gave me a prescription for the infection, like that would solve the issue.
Horrible care and poor customer service. Daughter went to urgent care for ear infection. Pretty straightforward. Horrible ear pain that has lasted almost 8 days now. Fever, other symptoms consistent with an infection. Told her coudn't find any signs of infection and sent her home with prescription for allergy meds. Didn't hear from pharmacy after a day so called back and they hadn't even submitted the prescription order to the pharmacy. Sent her in again with more pain and no change in symptoms. The front staff professional, the nursing staff and Dr. were awesome. The wait was minimal and I was in and out in no time. The clinic was clean as always
