Staff was very accommodating and kind to my needs. However I accepted that St Luke’s ER would receive the paperwork. It takes several days for that transfer to occur. I could’ve just carried it Myself and prevented a lot of wasted time. Care was great but your two computer systems do not communicate like you believe they do.
Got in quick and they took care of my problem .they listen to what I was saying and were easy to talk to
