I’ve been staying in labor and delivery, ICU, and postpartum for the past four days and will be here for 3+ weeks. My stay has been like a little stay-cation, every nurse and nurse assistant has been SO helpful and amazing!! Every doctor that tends to me makes me feel like a priority and that they care. Michelle is absolutely the BEST!!! The food service lady is so so amazing also!! I am so thankful for the teams at Saint Al’s for taking care of myself and my baby on the way. My birth experience and recovery here was so great. All of the nurses are extremely attentive in L&D and in the postpartum unit. Tavniah Betts was my midwife for my delivery and she was the best support I could’ve asked for! Baby and I were taken care of so well, forever grateful for the care we received!

We ended up having to bring our son to the nicu due to the neglect of the Ontario location and they're some of the best nurses and doctors you could ask for not only did they make sure we knew what was going on they also provided backup for my fiancés volatile mother and are making sure that we have all of the necessary knowledge to care for him including and infant cpr corse and providing us the resources to report the gross misconduct of the other hospital we will be going here for all our future children you won't find be... read more

After a couple visits at St. Luke’s we decided to switch to St. Alphonsus after being treated like crap at st Luke’s. St. Al’s was absolutely amazing. All the nurses/doctors were perfect. Never ever will I suggest st. Luke’s. Breanne was our main nurse and she deserves a shoutout.

I am forever thankful to St. Al’s wonderful labor & delivery nurses. They went above and beyond. I felt comfortable, heard, well taken care of. I was there for 3 nights, and every single nurse in the rotation was absolutely incredible. They went as far as offering to take my baby out of my room and giving her lots of snuggles when I needed to take a moment to shower and feel human. Thank you for taking care of my baby and I. You’re angelic humans and we adore all of you!
