I shouldn't have to bring my daughter in every month to have questions answered about her medication. They also cut off her medication early so she came off too fast. Staff is polite, but I feel like the doctor is too busy to provide her what she needs, and not terribly understanding regarding the challenges we face.
This place is always running behind. There hasn’t been one appointment that I’ve been to that has been on time. Today, my family and I were running a few mins behind and they decided to cancel us even though we were almost there. Definitely not coming back, horrible family service.
We’ve been seeing Dr Kiehl for about 4 years for all our kids and he is just wonderful—always kind and takes our concerns seriously. Couldn’t recommend a pediatrician more!
