The orthopedic team always takes great care of my family and I. I twisted my knee and a week later already seeing so much improvement. And PT called to schedule within just a few days. The AT and Provider were both so kind and would highly recommend them!
Nurses were great but the Doctor was horrible. She told me I was stupid for going there and not a different urgent care. Mocked me for moving to Boise, which was weird and unrelated. Told her I had immense back and shoulder pain from an accident involving a box weighing several hundred pounds being shoved into my back. She checked my legs and told me I was fine and to get out. Been months and I’m still in pain. I have never been treated so horribly by a medical professional. Will never be going to a Saint Alphonsus again.
Call ahead for orthopedics. We drove from Nampa in traffic only to find there wasn't an orthopedic doctor in the clinic that day. I could have went to regular urgent care a few miles from home!
My family and I were at my daughter’s pediatrician and were told to come over here for an X-ray so we headed here straight away. We arrived at 4:15pm on 08/22/24 and were the only ones in the waiting room. We sat there until 5pm before getting a room and being told her insurance might not cover it since we were just seen at the pediatrician. Doc was nice but there’s a very large young male tech who is not kind at all. I came in for a dislocated finger and he was the first to receive me. To break the awkward silence when it was just us in the room I tried to make light conversation to which he responded tepid/rudely. I could then hear him through the wall making fun of me to a colleague about a question I had asked him (something about exercise).
