He is the worse, has a horrible bed side manner and is very rude.
Seven years ago Dr. Pulver looked at me, without an ounce of compassion, and told me I was going to die from cancer. At my most terrified, vulnerable, and helpless moment in life, he made it worse. I was completely traumatized. My vet shows more compassion to my animals than Dr. Pulver showed to me. Thank God for second opinions and St. Luke's MSTI, who has never treated me with the lack of compassion, care or empathy that Dr. Pulver did. I was really disappointed with my visit today. I went to this Clinic because I went to the one out in June and received great service out there. The nurse was super sweet. The doctor seem sweet but she seemed rushed. She goes your test was negative gave me peace papers that I was good to go. I had to stop her from running out the door to even ask what questions I had to ask. It was quite irritating for someone who is there for a reason and not just because they were bored.
My son's doctor, Dr. Daniela Grigore from St Al's Pediatrics in Eagle, called me first thing this morning to ask how he was doing/looking. She is so sweet, I seriously just love her. She's genuinely caring, sweet, loving and thorough! He blew her a kisses yesterday when we were leaving and she tells him she loves him. She didn't have any results yet from his blood and urine tests, but said she would call me back as soon as she gets them. I have been going there for 4 and half years. They have been treating me so well. Dr. Pulver and Dr Brooks are awesome, so knowledgeable and so compassionate. As well as the nurses and staff. Thelma you rock. Thank you all for the wonderful care and support.
