I saw a family care provider at this location just for a routine refill and it was a nightmare. They are ignorant.
I hurt my back badly. Brian was great. He gave me a shot of Toradol and referred me to physical therapy at St. Al's. Today physical therapy called me. They fo do accept PT referrals from their own urgent care providers.
Staff was honest with wait time and courteous to everyone. Waiting area was clean and offered hand sanitizer, masks and Kleenex. Provider was thorough and took her time explaining everything. I would definitely recommend this clinic.
