Used to love this place, but man has it gone down hill lately. They do not listen to you at all and come up with whatever just to send you home with no resolution.... just a huge Dr bill for nothing. I couldn't breathe very well and was having and chest pain from it. It had been going on for over a week. The girl Dr just sent me home to rest... come to find out when I followed up with my Dr I had an upper respiratory infection/breathing issues that needed medical attention. Everyone was friendly, polite, professional. We were welcomed right away, there was hardly any wait. I’m rating highly because our visit was quick, the staff/medical professionals were very understanding and helpful.
Went there st 715 says they are open until 8. They were closed
The staff is friendly , understanding and very helpful: but the trouble comes from the billing department, 5 times now i have been overcharged for my copayment for an urgent care visit, everytime i have been charged a copayment for a specialist and receive the additional bill as long as a year later. GO ELSEWHERE!! This is very stressful
