I found all those who took care of me that day quite wonderful!
Friendly and knowledgable staff. Got me right in to see the doctor. He took his time to make sure I was heard and diagnosed correctly. It was a great experience (except for being sick 😁)

I went to the St. Alphonsus Karcher Clinic to the Urgent Care. When I got there the Receptionist was Kind, Caring, Friendly, and Helpful. I waited 5-10 Minutes then someone came to take me back to the Room. She also was Kind, Caring, Friendly and Helpful. The Doctor came in about 10-15 Minutes. He was Kind, Caring, Friendly and Helpful. He he took his time to Listen to everything I had to say. He was very Attentive and he took the time to Explain things to me.
