I have visited this urgent care office many times. All of those times have been 5 stars. Yesterday I was having anxiety (I have white coat syndrome). The nurse/tech was very comforting and I felt safe. She got all of my info. The doctor/ resident came in with her phone. She asked me if she could record; I said yes but she felt the hesitation.
