Your nurses at the federal way location need some training ASAP, I was passed around via phone to multiple nurses, giving no advice, talking to me like what I was saying was stupid and she didn’t even know what time the other st alphonsus urgent cares were open till.
The receptionist is top notch. Every one here is pretty nice, too.
