I have been juggled around to three different providers over the last eight months and have never received quality care. I am young, but also, I have a very complicated medical history. That being said, instead of approaching me as a whole patient, providers at St Alphonsus Elm Family Medical treat me as a drug seeker instead of partnering with me to find the appropriate clinical approach. Dr Orme has always been very attentive to my needs. I highly recommend her. It does take longer to get in with her, but she is worth the wait.
