I have seen a lot of people complain about the customer service and compassion of this office, I don’t know who they saw as far as a doctor or who they dealt with but as far as my care team. I would simply like to say thank you. There care and respect for me as a patient has been nothing but outstanding. Pain care is often a long term path and can be a very challenging one at that, thank you for walking that path with me .

It took 4 1/2 weeks of me calling them in order to get an answer on my referral. Each time nastier with responses. Finally when I got an answer the rude person (I won’t call her a lady) said “the doctor said yes but he won’t prescribe opioids for your type of pain”. Umm when did I said anything about opioids? After St Luke's nearly killed my mother, St Als saved my mother's life. I can't tell you how grateful I am to everyone there, from the er doctors and nurses to the care she for once in a room! Thank you for saving my mothers life I can never repay you, because what you do there is priceless!

Do not go here if you actually need something done in a timely manner. They said they'd get back to us in a week. A month later I had to call them and they had not even ordered my dad's scans from the hospital to review. 2 weeks later they had the scans for 2 weeks but haven't even forwarded to the provider to look at. Meanwhile my Dad is in continued pain. While his doctor seemed very caring the Staff here simply said this wasn't an urgent manner so not important.

Ignores pain gives no solution except to speak to a pain counselor as if they are saying my pain is all in my head and my MRI shows differently. They have left me in pain since March now and I quit coming in because they are making it seem like it's all in my head they haven't tried spinal injection surgery nothing they just act like I'm a pill seeker.
