One or my lady dr send me to there place for my heart . Dr m . Hamilton check on me and explain everything what need do or not. Also he very helpful and fix me up feel great .
Dr Fink is absolutely one of the greatest Doctors I've ever had the privilege of seeing in my entire life. I've never had such a caring. Understanding, informative and passionate doctor such as her. She really raises the bar of expectations and is the epitome of what a Dr. should strive to be and conduct themself as. 10/10 would recommend
I have seen a lot of people complain about the customer service and compassion of this office, I don’t know who they saw as far as a doctor or who they dealt with but as far as my care team. I would simply like to say thank you. There care and respect for me as a patient has been nothing but outstanding. Pain care is often a long term path and can be a very challenging one at that, thank you for walking that path with me .
It took 4 1/2 weeks of me calling them in order to get an answer on my referral. Each time nastier with responses. Finally when I got an answer the rude person (I won’t call her a lady) said “the doctor said yes but he won’t prescribe opioids for your type of pain”. Umm when did I said anything about opioids? I told the her I don’t care about that and I have been calling for 4 weeks. She then goes “they will never even be discussed”. I REFUSE to be treated as an addict when I haven’t even met the doc.
