First off, the nursing staff should be applauded for their excellent care. I went to the emergency room to get care for extreme stomach flu. The attending Dr. Decided to put in report I was seen for heart condition even though I was never treated for that. I V liquids and nausea medication with pain meds because my stomach, back, shoulders, arms, neck and head pain from the flu and throwing up for 2 1/2 days. Here we are again... In the waiting room of the ER with a diabetic foot infection that rapidly started getting worse and streaking. Explained this at check in. Marked the infection and waited over and hour as it grows. Went to talk to Lisa at the front desk for options. Upon approach she had the snatkiest attitude. I asked for a rough guess on the wait and if she maybe advised we go to the other ER. Lisa snapped back that we are in an ER it doesnt work like that. I understand how an ER works. I am getting something done next week and I just found out they haven't even gotten pre authorization yet but telling me to be there i was there a few months ago and was admitted to the hospital it was the worst experience I have ever had and I have been in hospitals before this place is by far the worst

Awful experience and the staff is very rude I will never come here again due to the way I was treated
