I had the WORST treatment here! I did make complaints.Thus was April 2022. I had gone to Boise from Utah when my job in Utah fell through. I'd had an interview for hotel front desk in Boise, which had gone great - they sent me for my drug test so I knew they were interested. That was just before Easter break in 2022. I recently had another very disappointing experience at the ER following a motor vehicle accident (MVA). As a chronic pain patient, I approached them reluctantly, hoping for proper care and understanding. Unfortunately, the treatment I received was far from satisfactory. I had an epileptic seizure during a vacation and made a trip to the ER. I was unconscious during the check in process but they made it extremely difficult for my partner. Refusing to take down any of the information he was providing (ID, SSN,etc) and stating that I needed to tell them. I was unconscious. Doctor was a joke. Maybe spent 30 seconds with him he had his mind made up already of what was wrong. Sent me on my way and my foot is still hurting. I'm out $500 and he did nothing. Will be going to LA Grande for now on.
