I want to give a Huge thanks to Saint Alphonsus Home Health Care Staff for the exceptional work they have done with my Dad. He has spent years fighting ulcers on his legs. The home care nurses never gave up on him even after doctors were confident they were possibly going to have to amputate at least one of his legs. Massive Thanks to Tracy and Penny for coming out and changing his bandages week after week and even sharing a few laughs in his hardest days. My family and my Dad can not thank you enough
I am revising my review from 1 star to 4. We had some definite problems that shouldn't have happened. However, after running my complaints up the chain of command, adjustments were made and care has been exceptional since. As with any medical entity, be prepared to advocate for what you or your loved ones need.
