Dr. Isaacs has basically discontinued care without letting me know. I have severe neuropathy and wouldn't help with any pain relief at all, knowing I can't take ibuprofen and very little Tylenol. Every provider I went to said my PCP should be taking care of it. Now, I can't get antibiotics for an infection in my face from a tooth. My mother was in a terrible accident and was ambulenced here. She's been here a week and the care had been phenomenal. Special thanks to all the hard working nurses.
I had a friend Who had surgery at the Boise hospital on Tuesday, 11/26. The night of surgery, the nursing staff decided she did not need pain medication, even though she had cervical fusions during a seven hour surgery. The doctor had left orders for her to be given pain medication, but the nursing staff thought they knew better. Even though they commented that they heard her crying, she heard them in the hallway, they still did nothing to ease her pain. They did not follow the doctors instructions.
