Overall I’ve had decent experiences here, however for a healthcare facility ….. the exterior is so dirty. It felt like a big city subway station. As a vital area for our community, it’d be nice to see them take better care.

A two hour ER visit should not cost $2,700. Health care is broken and this sucks.

What a first class facility and staff. Was so well taken care of. Cannot thank the doctors and nurses enough. So grateful for their professionalism and care. Thank you.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share what happened during my recent visit. My experience at this office was disappointing and honestly upsetting. From the moment I arrived, I felt uncomfortable. The office was visibly dusty, the cabinet where I placed my phone and belongings on top of ( as there was nowhere else designated ) was covered in white dust and the AC vent above me was black with buildup — not exactly ideal for an allergy clinic. I have had two serious stays at st alphonsus hospital two times in the last 6 years and the results have mixed reviews. The first one in 2018 I was hospitalized for approx 10 days. They took very good care of me but I was so ready to get out of there as I don’t like going to hospitals and or doctors. The staff were very nice and I was satisfied. The 2nd one in 2024 and one dept was communicating with the other dept which made this stay I called FUBAR. Their service was not very good. The only one I appreciate was the virtual... read more
