Affable doctor who messed up in various ways of office visit, notes, records, billing, etc. Evidently heart not focused on task at hand. Has left to do what preferred. Best wishes. I'm left with the billing and insurance mess that I've never had with other doctors, ever, in long life.

I went to the er on Saturday for severe back pain. The place was empty and it took forever to be seen. The Dr was very apologetic but they didn't take any x-rays of my back or shoulder. The dr left the room, the nurse brought in a small shot of muscle relaxer and a tylenol and said you are good to go. They didn't care if I was still hurting or if what they gave me would work. I will never be back.

My primary care doctor Smith failed to respond to my request for COVID treatment after i tested positive. I have underlying conditions. I used MyChart for two days and repeated phone calls. Nice receptionist and nurse. However, no response from the doctor. Others in my family got immediate help from other clinics. I will find a doctor who is not primary “lack of care.”
