Unnecessary Referrals - I tried to make an appointment as a new patient with a Podiatrist in this clinic. They said I needed a referral when my insurance does not require it and none of the other places I have called required it. Even though they said the Provider requires a referral, I was able to make an appointment with the same Provider in another clinic right around the corner without a referral. This is obviously a Saint Alphonsus policy so they can get you to make more appointments, pay more bills/co-pay, charge more ... read more
