I had a very pleasant experience it was a very beneficial appointment.
I’m not sure why this place has a rating above 1 star. Their phone etiquette is terrible. They tell you a scheduling nurse will call—but that never happens. When you follow up, they claim they thought you were seeing another provider, even though you contacted them directly for service. Overall, the communication is unreliable and frustrating. I had an unfortunate experience experience with this clinic. I was referred to this clinic by my PCP for med management to help me get off a medication. The doctor I saw, Al-Mateen, informed me that I would need to get a drug screen test done at the location before we could continue working together, but neglected to tell me that there would be an extra lab fee for the test. Now I am stuck paying for a $404 drug screen test. I feel that neglecting to tell me of the extra lab charge was dishonest and I refuse to work with som... read more
