I had an unfortunate experience experience with this clinic. I was referred to this clinic by my PCP for med management to help me get off a medication. The doctor I saw, Al-Mateen, informed me that I would need to get a drug screen test done at the location before we could continue working together, but neglected to tell me that there would be an extra lab fee for the test. I am always treated with dignity, respect and compassion by all staff...a welcome gift! Dr. Squires & Staff are adept, helpful, flexible and prompt assisting me, whether in scheduling, taking vitals, diagnosing & creating my health plan, refilling prescriptions. I always feel seen and heard...and I appreciate it!
I had a pleasent visit and the staff was very kind and helpful.
I’m not sure why this place has a rating above 1 star. Their phone etiquette is terrible. They tell you a scheduling nurse will call—but that never happens. When you follow up, they claim they thought you were seeing another provider, even though you contacted them directly for service. Overall, the communication is unreliable and frustrating. I would not recommend this place.
