My son has bad Asthma. Every time both Dr Richards son and dad are there they make sure my son is taken care of. Today I had to drive my son to the hospital and he was in very bad shape. The young Dr Richards took very good care of my son. The nurses and respiratory nurse was great today to.
Jennifer Hoffman and her team at St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center demonstrated the highest quality of care and were very kind, considerate, educated and professional during my recent visit. Just called to find info on my best friend who was life flighted here and talked to the most rude person ever and was hung up on got absolutely nowhere with this place good luck people this place is a joke no reason to be treated like I'd done something wrong by asking a question and then hung up on for no reason other than the person I was talking to obviously doesn't want to work or help when you work the front desk that's ur job is to help people with information it's not to be a rude unhelpful *$-×√h who just hangs up on... read more
