If this place can receive no stars, I would give it negative stars. The staff are rude and the managers are extremely unprofessional. The service here is as bad as it gets. Please go somewhere else for your occupational health needs. Don't waste your time coming here. Will be filing a formal complaint against the organization
My doctor thought my medical problem was work related, so I ended up at St. Agnes Occupational Therapy. The office closes from 12-1:00, and I had a 1:00 appointment. The doctor did not see me until 2:30. I sat in a room for 70 min (not exaggerating) waiting after I filled out my paperwork. No one came in to tell me what was taking so long-they just left me sitting there. When the doctor did finally come in, he told me my problem wasn’t work related. He never examined me. It’s so stupid how they wouldn’t let my wife come in. I had an appointment at 2:45 and it is now 3:15 and I have not been attended they just made me come inside in this room and I’ve been here for quite some time with TWO people ahead of me. Why couldn’t I stay out in the waiting room and have conversation with my wife or let her come in? I do not understand
