Refuse to take my workers comp claim kept saying it had to be signed but this was not true
So they are not LYING about how RUDE CERTAIN staff is RUDE and add loud and proud about not working just messing around! Again very UNPROFESSIONAL! The one elderly lady up front RUDE! You literally just hear her smokers cough. People were waiting and apparently it’s one at a time. However I will say that the one gentleman was PROFESSIONAL. The wait at this place was ridiculous. By the time my appointment was done, I was there almost 2.5 hours. Julie is a joke of a PA. The reviews are correct. This facility is just there because it’s required by law. They disregard any concerns and solely serve the interests of the insurance. This place deserves 0 stars. Also, the front staff, while they are friendly, need to be careful that they don’t discuss other patients and their cases. This might be a violation of HIPAA guidelines.
I cannot imagine how these people still have their jobs being the way they are. Front receptionist is rude and they don't even let you go in to interpreter for your family. This place must be getting payed good money to not help their patients.
Staff is rude. They seem annoyed to help us. Can't even ask a question without them being annoyed at you. Like damn, sorry girl. I didn't do nothing to you. Leave this job if u so annoyed by patient's. They need to learn communication skills. Telling a patient "hold on, hold, on, hold on, hold on" when they are asking a question is so rude. Could have said "sorry to interrupt you". Always have to call the office to follow up on appointments because they say they will schedule appoihents and call you back.
