If I could give zero stars I would. The staff was more concerned with the patient across from me. I understand an emergency but there were plenty of staff and nobody seemed to care about the patients that were left. Also told me my leg x ray was fine when in fact I went for 3 days with a broken femur. Waiting for surgery.
I’ve had constant 6–7/10 abdominal pain for four days, along with other stomach issues, and told the doctor that ibuprofen doesn’t help at all. I even mentioned that I’ve had this pain before, but this time it’s worse and lasting longer. The doctor told me that as long as my labs came back fine, there was “no issue.” When I asked about imaging, I was told it was unnecessary and “wouldn’t show anything.” Funny, because when I had gallstones, the first thing they did was an ultrasound without question.
