Initially, I didn’t believe with the majority 1 star reviewers because of the best experiences I have with the other office. But now, I experienced it! Worst and rude customer service ever.
I’ve been coming to this office for the past 9 months since finding out I was pregnant, and have felt extremely well cared for! Not sure what’s with the negative reviews. I’ve always had my phone calls answered (other than lunch hours) and been greeted when I walk in. Wait times can sometimes be a little long— anywhere between 15min to 1 hour, but what doctor’s office isn’t like that nowadays? Miriam is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and very efficient! New patient here and waited over an hour to be seen. Then waited even longer in the exam room to have a student come in to take notes. The second appointment a few patients went ahead of me even passing my appt time. What is really the point of having an appt? Also, I used the Mychart tool to have a prescription prefilled and messaged the NP AND PROVIDER per the office staff. GOT NO RESPONSE. The least they can do is respond why/why not it can't prefilled. Ladies, this was my first appointment. I'm over 60. Babies, mommy to be,s. I felt old. I saw Shelly A. MY NEW N.P. Shelly is a competent, caring, and Well Versed in Womens health. I felt all unease leave me. I felt open to really ask questions. The staff are wonderful, from the front desk to the exam room. I received Excelent Service. Today gave me faith in humanity. I have made an appointment Twice and both times they were canceled the day of. It already is hard getting in as a new patient I do not have medi-cal I pay for my own insurance. I spoke with Stephanie she let me know to just look for another place if I am not happy. No I am not happy that I relied on your services I trusted you not just once but twice, both times I was called the same day that the doctor was not going to be available.
