This whole policy needing to collect a co-pay, even if the out-of-pocket max has been met is a ridiculous. It’s not fair to patient who are already struggling financially in this expensive insurance world. It’s extremely sad to see all of these reviews and know that nothing has been done. I will proceed with the following steps if my health is not taken seriously. Front desk is extremely rude. This has been a nightmare. My employer changed insurance companies so this is how I ended up here. It has been so bad.
