The people here are cold. The secritaries and doctors seem like they just don't care. They want you in and out as fast a possible. They treat you like you're just a number or a paycheck. They will refuse to see you if don't show up early for your appointment. Their policy it that they won't see anyone pass their scheduled time, even if it's just by a few minutes. I gave this place three chances to do better. First appointment I waited in an exam room for about an hour before I meet with Dr. Karim who I believe is a resident MD. I felt Dr. Karim did not give my concerns the attention I was looking for but I was frustrated after waiting for an hour so I felt it could be me and that maybe I was being inpatient. I went else where for blood work. My TSH, T3 & T4 numbers are way out of wack so I came here to my primary Dr. and I show them the results. They do blood work JUST TO FIND OUT THEY NEVER TESTED ME FOR IT! Idk why they can’t just do it, it’s not like it’s coming out of HIS paycheck. They obviously don’t care! And I’ve been having abdominal pain as well and they are telling me to just wait a month. DONT COME HERE!!!! These poor reviews are right!
I'm a new patient here and have been rescheduled twice due to the office staff not entering info correctly in the system waited at least 6months. Such a simple task, front office need some training and counseling in interpersonal skills. I guess hating their job is a skill.
