Wait time is reasonable for an urgent care. Staff were friendly and Tina is the best!
Front desk was very professional. Tina, Vicky and xray tech Miracles and Dr. Lisa were all fantastic! The wait time was reasonable for an urgent care visit. Everyone was so kind and polite. The cleanliness was top tier!!
Malvini is kind and warm, a very sweet person. Her staff reflects very negatively on St. Agnes- Magnolia as a whole. Especially the front desk worker, Evelyn. Zero compassion for patients, and provides zero assistance. We will have to change care providers due to her staff being so unhelpful. The neglect prolongs care, I hope adjustments are made for the patient’s sake. I hope Dr. Malvini gets the support staff she deserves. Send your loved ones elsewhere. Tina at the front desk was friendly, Vickki was even sweeter and very outgoing. Not sure why all the 1 star reviews. They must’ve changed their faculty. 1st time here and it was much faster than expected and will be my regular care center. (Don’t let the bad reviews get in the way of you coming here).
Scheduled an appointment to see a physician weeks in advance only to be told I cannot be seen because I did not set up a primary care appointment. I did this all through online . Sadly this is incredibly disappointing and the girl at the front was incredibly rude and unsympathetic. She then began saying I can be seen for urgent care but I would need to pay my copay and the balance I owed . Again she was rude and stated she just clocked in .
