This place has been a nightmare to deal with and it’s time somebody left an honest review. I am on day 28 of waiting for my follow up mammogram results from my breast cancer treatment. This has been the most stressful month of my life and there are no results in sight. They claim they only have one radiologist and she’s months backed up on reading reports so come here at your own risk to your health. I’m still waiting on my results and they don’t even know when they can tell me that I’m going to get the report.
Incredible compassion and care from this place. I had to have a biopsy and they were with me the entire time. My nurse stayed and spoke with me during the procedure The doctor was very nice and funny which helped a lot. I have never felt so cared for by a medical establishment. If the need arises, this is where you need to be.
Saint Agnes Breast Center has zoomed from a 1 star rating to 5 stars since my experience in 2024. After decades of great service, last year I arrived at my confirmed appointment to a locked door with a sign stating, "We have moved" What?? No map, just a new address. (I couldn't help but picture an elderly grandmother with a walker...returning to her car...with no cell phone to find a map to the new office. Ugh!)
