Saint Agnes Breast Center has zoomed from a 1 star rating to 5 stars since my experience in 2024. After decades of great service, last year I arrived at my confirmed appointment to a locked door with a sign stating, "We have moved" What?? No map, just a new address. (I couldn't help but picture an elderly grandmother with a walker...returning to her car...with no cell phone to find a map to the new office. Ugh!) This was by far the best experience I've ever had, having a mammogram. They are so courteous and thoughtful. Made it not so awkward:)
I had my mammo 2 weeks ago and I still don’t have my results. Breast cancer runs in my family, so waiting for results causes unnecessary stress. I will not use this facility again. I would recommend Advanced Medical Imaging. I’ve always used them and you get your results quickly. This place is a joke!
I had a breast biopsy done on Wednesday 1/25/2023. Everyone here was so kind, supportive and comforting. Front desk Office staff, receptionist, registration personnel, medical assistants, radiologist. Special shout out to the lady who did the original mammogram that day. I don’t remember her name unfortunately but please see she gets credit for a great job and patient care she provided.
