I have say the care I got is one thing 2 years ago, after that , My GP canceled my as I waited in her office for 45 mins and again on the very next one, I got a new doctor middle of year and have yet seen him, the doctor office will not return calls or even answer the phone to make an appointment, left a review on the Hospital and they ask how can we help, I gave them the information, that was like a month, in the mean time I been without medication now 3 weeks and been trying to get it refill, no big deal just medication fo... read more

If I could give St Agnes a zero I would. The care my Godmother is receiving is mind blowing substandard. It seems the ER staff makes assumptions about a patient by their age and not the input of the family that cares for them. I truly believe they need to revisit their mission statement and educate staff to adhere to it.
