Bought a 2020 Bt-50 from here. 3 major faults. Blind spot sensors not working, fuel sender not working and snapped off diff lock solenoid. Took 4.5 months to get just the diff lock fixed and the only reason I got the help was because I had to get fair trading involved. Initially they offered to fix, making me do a 8 hour trip to Dubbo and back only for them to tell me they don’t have required parts after having the car for 7 hours that day as well. Worst car sales experience, did not want to sell
Cant comment on customer service because it doesnt even exist couldn't even get through to them on multiple occasions and they just hang up or force you to leave a message what a joke of an establishment
Sensational experience. Staff oculdnt be more helpful during my purchase of my new vehicle. Would go back there next time. Best price in the Central West
Go elsewhere. Service dept is a joke. Once they have your money, customer care goes right out the window. Took my new mux in there today, with a suspected turbo on its way out. Only 8500km on car. Cant book it in to be checked for over a month. Going away for a holiday in a few weeks and wanted to make sure it is right. Told to try and get a dealer in S.A to look at it...what a joke. Not the only time i have had issues with this lack of service department.
