DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. The service department is a joke, they had to repair my car on the first service, scratched the door trims and marked interior, over a year now and apparently still waiting for replacement parts. Nothing but lip service, 2nd service, they leave the water coolant reservoir cap undone, car boiled coolant all over the engine bay, still can’t get the smell of burnt coolant out of the car. Worst service department ever, would not buy anything from here again.

Rude receptionist Felicia in service centre. Dropped paper form over the counter which I had to pickup and not even an apology. Tone was also condescending and rude. The service manager here needs to provide the staff some training on how to deal with people. Just because it's a regional town and people have no other options to seek assistance doesn't mean you treat your customers like they're trash. Very poor.

Do not purchase a new or used vehicle from this company. They have the worst customer service we have ever received, especially one of the agents called Owen. This company lies about servicing your vehicle, gas lights, bullies and has zero duty of care. We had a dealer in Homebush look at our vehicle after it when into Sainsbury Dubbo, 3 times for the same issue and Homebush have found and fixed everything! LDV Dubbo are not capable and should not be doing business. Do not trust them with your vehicle.
