Every time I take my car there for a service, I leave with an issue. Issues that they don’t like to rectify. Waste of money and time visiting this place. Their customer service is also awful. Would not recommend at all.
Bad customer service. Our air conditioning was leaking gas. They sent us to a different provider to have the problem "diagnosed" so they could then order the part and repair under warranty. 7 weeks later we have called multiple times and have no update as to when the warranty claim will be submitted/approved, or when we'll be booked in for the repair. Absolute worst after sales support. My brand new car came with broken components and scratches. When I told them I wanted them fixed I was told I must have damaged the components and scratches my car so they won't fix it. I didn't get a service book or manual with the car and was told I have to download it if I want it but then wouldn't give me a link to download it. They still haven't done the extras and I've had my car for months. If I could I'd give the car back, get my money back and go somewhere else. Save yourself the ... read more
