0 stars. This place is out to rip people off. After going through a tedious contact lens trial for our son, they charged me $75 for evaluation. I was not aware about the fees and that insurance doesn’t covered contact lens. Does it hurt to inform a patient of the charges before hand so they can make informed decision? We didn’t end up getting the contact lens but still have to pay the fee for nothing. What a waste of time and money!!!!
Today I visited Professional Eye Care Associates. By far the worst experience I have ever had.If I could give them a zero star rating I would! The eye doctor I saw did not introduce herself and had terrible bedside manners .She only seemed to care about money. I was shown frames that were ridiculously priced. On top of the price each additional thing I asked for was an additional charge. Basically a pair of glasses would cost me $600 and up.
