Doesn't know what she's doing. Horrible staff.
Amazing staff, it is difficult enough to get a Neurologist appointment to begin with so when things happen in life and you miss an appointment for being late it is frustrating and sometimes leads to us not following up for a long time. Well the staff was so understanding that they heard me and helped and was able to accommodate. They even attained my referral (electronic). Dr. Ali is great so this is more directed towards the receptionists. I don’t know if it’s understaffed or what, but I have tried calling numerous times to which there is never an answer. I have called last week and I have called this week. It is literally 11:00am so they’re open. The lack of communication of simply answering a phone call makes me just want to go seek elsewhere for treatment because this is completely unprofessional.
