I am a new customer with Sailrite. I recently called for advise as to what to purchase as I am building a 2 pole bimini top. The kit they offered was a bit small for my boat. They took the time to advise what additional things I may need and offered advise as to how to modify the kit. Extremely helpful support. It is evident that customer service is very important to them. Unfortunately, you just don't see that with most companies these days.
