In 2024 I moved into Sailpointe apartments. Four days later, Hurricane Helene hit and everything was lost. Sailpointe handled the event with compassion and timely assistance. Now one year later, I am returning to Sailpointe. I can't think of a better recommendation. Renee Gillombardo
This place no longer cares about its exisitng residents. My son lives here and they raised his rent upon renewal despite the fact that he has experienced a drastic decline in amenities throughout the year. To be clear, we will not be renewing. Because of the construction on the first floor, there was no elevator access for an extended period of time (terrible for theelderly & disabled residents) and one is running finally, they can't park in the front parking spots (again, terrible for the elderly & disabled). The best apartment I have lived in. The units are great with an insanely dreamy view. The staff were amazing, especially Stacy and Don. The two are great managers and helped making the living experience luxurious and unforgettable. I would recommend Sailpointe to anyone!
This apartment complex is absolutely beautiful! I lived on the 3rd floor, corner apartment and loved every minute. The inside of the apartment is gorgeous with light coastal paint and flooring to match. Eveuthing inside has been redone. Central heat and air. Washer/dryer.
