Lived here for 2 years from 2017 - 2019 as a student at GVSU. Very spacious and affordable. Maintenance was always expedient and our property manager at the time very communicative. Also, when I was a student, you were able to park at their other properties to catch the bus onto campus. Very helpful as I didn't need to pay for a GVSU parking pass.
Management is fine but the people who live here make it horrible. Kids run around all day with zero supervision and your vehicles get scratched by their bikes. You get assigned parking spots here and 99% of the time the neighbors kids leave their bikes and electric four wheeler in our spots. And you can hear everything outside and kids scream outside all day by our front window most of the time . It’s awful.
