Incorrect initial diagnosis and then poor quality repair. Extremely poor communication. Had to make an insurance claim because of the issue they created who agreed repairs poorly performed and led to further issues, they had it properly repaired and no problems now.

If there was 0 stars …. Booked our yacht in on the Thursday. Heard nothing till the following Monday. Advised of our need to be off the mooring by a specified date. Was told we would get a phone call when yacht would be slipped. Waited over a week and heard NOTHING. Phoned to ask when would the work be carried out (because isn’t it always the customers job to chase these things up?!?!? NOT) and was given a date 4 days after we had to be off the mooring.
