When we bought our house in Baldwin about nine years ago, "The Twin Team" at Sailing Home Realty of Long Island represented the seller. The impression they they made, stuck with us, so when we unexpectedly had to sell, they were the first people we called. They're thorough, realistic, and consistent. I had the privilege of working with Kathryn Resnick, SRES, and I can confidently say she is an exceptional real estate professional. She took on a transaction that was extremely challenging, with several personal issues and difficult circumstances involved, and handled it with professionalism, patience, and integrity from beginning to end. Kathryn became much more than just the agent in the transaction. She helped mediate difficult situations, kept everyone focused on getting the deal completed, and stayed personally involve... read more
We had the best experience working with Davorka Bender and Eva Boci of The Twin Team! They helped us find the perfect home for our family and made the entire process so easy and seamless from start to finish. They were always responsive, knowledgeable, and there for us every step of the way. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and are so grateful for everything they did for us. Highly recommend The Twin Team!
Sandy was the best agent we could have had as first time home buyers! He was present and active from the moment we began working with him. He reviewed every listing we were interested in and made sure to connect with the listing agent for each home. When we found the one we loved, he helped us formulate a strong offer which led to us getting the house! Sandy scheduled the inspection and appraisal immediately and ensured the rest of closing process went smoothly. We are eternally grateful for Sandy's expertise, determination,... read more
Contacted about a commercial property I found in Baldwin and provided seller’s contact and property info- was told they would “look into it”. Never heard back. Property was sold and no update given- just disappeared. Based on another review it may be a pattern
